Items can be crafted in the bunker. More crafting recipes can be unlocked using the science research system, as well as by finding them in the game world.
Crafting items uses resources and takes some amount of time. The time will pass even if you are outside the bunker or offline. You can queue multiple items to craft. Once done, crafted items can be claimed in the "Finished" tab of the crafting UI.
